- Available at all FDC Clinics (see locations at fdc.sg), no minimum spend required.
- Book in advance (subject to availability) via 1800-3368478 (1800-DENTIST), fdc.sg, or WhatsApp. Please mention you are using Supermom special rates.
- Show your Supermom sign-in page to enjoy the rates.
- Payment is made directly at FDC Clinics.
- Not valid with other promotions, insurance, or government subsidies (Medisave, CHAS, Merdeka, Pioneer), subject to its terms and conditions.
- FDC reserves the right to update terms, rates, or packages at any time.

Supermom Exclusive Package
How to Claim
Supermom Members can request the Supermom Exclusive Package when booking, specifying their preferred package type (e.g., Package One). Advance booking is required and subject to availability. Please show your Supermom sign-in page at the clinic for verification to enjoy the package benefits.

Terms and Conditions
- Valid at participating clinics.
- Prices exclude GST.
- Each member may purchase one package, valid for one-time use within 1 year of launch.
- Not valid with other discounts, promotions, or packages.
- Advance booking required, subject to availability.
- Prior appointment is required and subject to availability.
- X-rays will be done as needed, based on the dentist’s assessment.
- FDC may update terms, prices, or conditions at any time.
Braces Package
How to Claim
Supermom Members can book their appointments through the FDC Call Centre (1800-DENTIST).
Terms and Conditions
- Prices subject to prevailing GST.
- Fees include initial consultation, x-rays, and study models. Instalment plans available upon enquiry.
- Students must present a valid student pass at first visit (full-time, local institutions only).
- Full-time NSFs must present a valid SAF/SCDF/SPF ID at first visit.
- Not valid with other promotions, discounts, corporate rates, insurance, or CHAS/Pioneer Cards.
- Valid at selected clinics. Advance appointment required (call 1800-336-8478 to confirm).
- FDC reserves the right to amend prices without prior notice.
Dental Implants & Crown Package
How to Claim
Supermom Members can book their appointments through the FDC Call Centre (1800-DENTIST).
Terms and Conditions
- Prices subject to prevailing GST.
- Package includes implant and PFM crown. Additional treatments charged separately.
- Not valid with other promotions, insurance, or corporate programmes.
- Medisave claim applicable for implant surgery, subject to its terms and conditions.
