Get ready to explore the Enfagrow booth, discover what’s happening, take part in the fun activities and enjoy the expo atmosphere firsthand. Bring your little one along and make it a mummy-child day out, or come on your own — totally up to you!

As our KOM Insider, you’ll get to:

Requirements

Min 1000 followers on IG
Child's age : 1 -3 years old
Priority for C-sec mummies, Enfagrow A+ Pro users or C-Biome users

Come join us for a mummy day out, explore the Enfagrow booth, and be part of the EXPO experience.

Important Note

To keep the content timely during the event, your draft must be submitted on the same day for approval so it can be posted on the same day (10 April).
The campaign brief will be provided by the CM once you are selected.
Please ensure you are fully committed to attending and completing the task, and do not pull out at the last minute. Failure to do so may result in being banned and blacklisted from future campaigns.

Steps to Complete Campaign

Once you’ve received confirmation that your profile has been approved, please create your content caption as soon as possible (according to the campaign brief) and submit it via the app.
There will be 2 rounds of review — one internal and one from the client.
Upon approval, you’ll be informed of your assigned posting date. Please ensure your content is posted on the given date.
Once your post is live, the Campaign Manager (CM) will inform you of the date to submit all screenshots — including reach, views, likes, comments, and shares.

❗ No payout will be made if all tasks are not completed.

❗ Failure to complete the campaign after confirmation will result in blacklisting from future campaigns.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Timeline: Payments to your Supermom digital wallet will be processed within 45 days post-campaign completion. The campaign completion date is determined by the date of the last deliverable with proof of submission as agreed upon in the campaign contract.

Payment Method: Payments will be made through the Supermom digital wallet. It is your responsibility to ensure that your provided Supermom account details are accurate and up to date.

Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawal requests will be processed within 14 days post-campaign completion, also subject to the processing times of the payment gateway and any additional verification processes deemed necessary by the platform. Any balances not withdrawn within 12 months from the date of credit will expire and be removed from your account.

Withdrawal Limit: You may request a withdrawal of up to S$200 OR RM 700 per day from your Supermom digital wallet to your bank account. Requests exceeding this limit will not be processed until the following day. A transaction fee (as a percentage of the withdrawal amount) may be applied. The applicable fee will be displayed at the time of withdrawal.

Rights to Content: By participating in any campaigns on our platform and submitting content for campaigns, you grant Supermom the right to reuse, repurpose, and distribute your content for marketing and promotional purposes, both online and offline. This includes but is not limited to, featuring your content on our website, social media channels, advertisements, and any other marketing materials.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Supermom digital wallet accounts. Any unauthorised access or suspicious activity should be reported immediately to the platforms support team (support@supermombusiness.com)

Modification of Terms: These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the platform. You will be notified of any amendments to the terms and conditions via email or through the platforms communication channels.

By continuing to participate as a KOM on our platform, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
