1. About Supermom

Supermom operates a parenting community platform that connects parents with parenting resources, content, community groups, AI-powered parenting guidance, and products, services, and offers from our brand partners ("Authorised Partners"). References to "Supermom," "we," "us," or "our" mean Welovesupermom Pte Ltd and its affiliates.

2. Your account

To access certain features and services, you may need to create a Supermom account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• Keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us promptly at datasecurity@supermombusiness.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Supermom reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

3. Use of our platforms

You agree to use Supermom's platforms only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the platforms.

You shall not:

• Post, upload, or share any content that is defamatory, offensive, harmful, misleading, or in violation of any applicable law.
• Use any automated tools, bots, scrapers, or data-gathering methods to extract data from our platforms without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our platforms, systems, or networks.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use our platforms to distribute spam, unsolicited messages, or commercial promotions without Supermom's approval.

Supermom reserves the right to remove any content and restrict or terminate your access to our platforms if you violate these Terms.

4. Community groups

Supermom operates and connects to community groups on messaging platforms such as WhatsApp and Telegram. By joining and participating in these groups, you agree to the following:

• Respect others. Treat fellow group members with respect. Do not post content that is abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful.
• No professional advice. Information shared by other members in the group is personal opinion, not professional advice. Supermom is not responsible for any advice, recommendations, or information shared by other group members.
• Moderation. Supermom reserves the right to moderate content and remove members from community groups at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms or disruptive behaviour.
• Data collection. As described in our Privacy Policy, messages and interactions in Supermom-administered or Supermom-connected community groups may be collected and processed. The group description will contain a notice about this. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

5. AI-powered parenting services (Aima)

Supermom provides AI-powered parenting services, including Aima, our parenting companion, available on our website, mobile app, and via messaging platforms such as WhatsApp.

Important — please read carefully:

• For informational purposes only. Aima provides general parenting information and guidance. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, nutritional, or other specialist advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your or your child's health, development, or wellbeing based on information provided by Aima.
• No warranties on accuracy. While we strive to provide helpful and accurate information, Aima is an AI system and may occasionally produce responses that are inaccurate, incomplete, or not suited to your specific circumstances. Supermom does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by Aima.
• Product mentions. Aima may reference or suggest products, services, or brands from Supermom's Authorised Partners. Such references are for informational convenience and do not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by Supermom. You are solely responsible for evaluating and making decisions about any products or services mentioned.
• Use at your own risk. Your use of Aima and reliance on any information it provides is entirely at your own risk. Supermom shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from your use of or reliance on Aima's responses.
• Data collection. As described in our Privacy Policy, your conversations with Aima are collected and processed. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Campaigns, samples, surveys, contests and lead generation

Supermom may organise campaigns, sample redemptions, surveys, contests, giveaways, lucky draws, lead generation activities and other promotional activities ("Campaigns") in partnership with brands, merchants, sponsors, agencies, service providers and other approved partners ("Authorised Partners").

By participating in a Campaign, you agree to the following:

• Eligibility. Each Campaign may have specific eligibility requirements, such as age, location, parenting stage, child age range, purchase interest, or other relevant criteria. You are responsible for ensuring that you meet the eligibility criteria before participating. Supermom may, where reasonably necessary, verify your eligibility and may disqualify any participant who provides inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or duplicate information, or who breaches these Terms or any Campaign-specific terms.
• Campaign-specific terms. Individual Campaigns may have additional terms and conditions, which will be communicated at or before the point of participation where applicable. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Campaign-specific terms, the Campaign-specific terms shall prevail for that Campaign only. Where a Campaign involves sharing your personal data with a specific Authorised Partner for fulfilment, follow-up, lead generation, marketing contact, service provision, sample redemption, prize fulfilment or other Campaign-related purposes, the relevant Authorised Partner will be identified at or before the point of participation where reasonably practicable.
• Campaign decisions and winner selection. Supermom reserves the right to determine, at its sole and reasonable discretion, all matters relating to a Campaign, including eligibility, participation validity, disqualification, sample or reward allocation, winner selection, prize substitution, verification requirements, and the interpretation of any Campaign-specific terms. Supermom's decisions on all Campaign-related matters shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained, except where Supermom determines that a review is necessary due to an error, suspected fraud, technical issue, or other exceptional circumstance. Where winners are selected based on judging criteria, such criteria will be stated in the Campaign-specific terms where applicable. Where winners are selected by lucky draw or random selection, Supermom may determine the draw mechanics and verification process.
• Use and sharing of personal data. To administer, verify, fulfil and follow up on a Campaign, Supermom may collect, use and disclose to the relevant Authorised Partner(s) the personal data that you provide, or that is reasonably necessary for the Campaign. This may include your name, contact details, delivery address, parenting stage, child age range, preferences, survey responses and other Campaign-related information. Supermom will only disclose personal data that is reasonably necessary for the relevant Campaign purpose.
• Partner follow-up and lead generation. Where a Campaign involves a request for a service, consultation, trial, quotation, sample, offer or other follow-up from an Authorised Partner, you acknowledge that the relevant Authorised Partner may contact you using the contact details you have provided. Where required by applicable law, your consent will be obtained for such contact, including contact by phone, SMS, messaging applications, email or other communication channels.
• Authorised Partner responsibilities. Once your personal data has been disclosed to an Authorised Partner, the Authorised Partner will process your personal data in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable laws. Supermom requires Authorised Partners to use personal data disclosed by Supermom only for the disclosed Campaign purposes, to protect such personal data appropriately, and to comply with applicable data protection, consumer protection, direct marketing, anti-spam and Do Not Call requirements. Authorised Partners must not sell, rent, transfer, disclose or otherwise use your personal data for unrelated purposes, unless they have obtained the necessary consent or are otherwise permitted by applicable law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
• Product samples and third-party products. Where a Campaign involves the distribution of physical products, samples, vouchers, prizes, rewards or third-party services, Supermom acts as a facilitator unless expressly stated otherwise. Supermom is not the manufacturer, seller, distributor or provider of such third-party products or services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supermom makes no warranties or representations regarding the quality, safety, suitability, merchantability, availability or fitness for purpose of any third-party products, samples, vouchers, prizes, rewards or services provided through a Campaign. Any claims, complaints or issues relating to such products, samples, vouchers, prizes, rewards or services should be directed to the relevant Authorised Partner, manufacturer, seller or service provider.
• Availability and changes. Samples, rewards, prizes, benefits and Campaign slots may be limited and are subject to availability. Supermom may substitute, withdraw, suspend, cancel or amend a Campaign, or any sample, reward, prize or benefit, where reasonably necessary, including due to stock limitations, partner changes, suspected abuse, technical issues, operational requirements or circumstances beyond Supermom's reasonable control.
• No further obligation. Participation in a Campaign does not create any obligation on the part of Supermom to provide you with any further services, products, rewards, benefits or opportunities beyond what is expressly stated in the applicable Campaign terms.
• No exclusion of non-excludable liability. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7. Supermom digital wallet

Supermom provides a digital wallet ("Wallet") through which you may receive and withdraw funds earned through platform activities, campaigns, and content creation programmes.

• Wallet balance. Funds deposited into your Wallet represent real monetary value. Wallet balances are denominated in the local currency of your market (e.g., SGD, MYR).
• Earning. Funds may be credited to your Wallet for completing activities on the platform, including campaign participation, surveys, referrals, community engagement, quest completion, and content creation (KOM) programmes. The amount earned and timing of payment are communicated at the point of participation for each activity.
• Withdrawals. You may withdraw funds from your Wallet to your bank account, subject to the following conditions:
  • A minimum Wallet balance may be required before a withdrawal can be requested.
  • A transaction fee (as a percentage of the withdrawal amount) may be applied. The applicable fee will be displayed at the time of withdrawal.
  • Daily withdrawal limits apply: up to S$200 (Singapore) or RM700 (Malaysia) per day. Requests exceeding the daily limit will not be processed until the following day.
  • Withdrawal requests will be processed within 14 days, subject to the processing times of the payment gateway and any additional verification processes deemed necessary by Supermom.
• Account accuracy. It is your responsibility to ensure that your bank account details and other payment information are accurate and up to date. Supermom is not liable for failed or misdirected withdrawals caused by incorrect information provided by you.
• Modification and termination. Supermom reserves the right to modify the Wallet terms — including minimum balances, withdrawal limits, transaction fees, and earning rules — at any time. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of material changes.
• Fraud and abuse. Supermom reserves the right to freeze Wallet balances and suspend accounts if we detect fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative activity, including the use of bots, multiple accounts, or other artificial means to earn funds.
• Account closure. If your account is terminated or deleted, any remaining Wallet balance may be forfeited, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Supermom will make reasonable efforts to allow you to withdraw eligible funds before account closure takes effect.

8. Earning opportunities, surveys, and referrals

Supermom offers earning opportunities including UGC (user-generated content) campaigns, surveys, polls, and referral programmes. Earnings from these activities are credited to your Supermom digital Wallet (see Section 7).

• Earning terms. Specific earning amounts, eligibility, and conditions are communicated at the point of participation for each opportunity.
• Referral programmes. Referral rewards are subject to successful completion of the referral (e.g., the referred person creates an account and/or completes a qualifying activity). Supermom reserves the right to withhold referral rewards if the referral is deemed fraudulent or if the referred person does not meet eligibility requirements.
• Surveys and polls. Participation in surveys and polls is voluntary. Responses may be used in aggregated, anonymised form to generate insights for our Authorised Partners. Individual responses will not be shared with third parties in a personally identifiable manner without your consent.

Key Opinion Mothers (KOM) programme

If you participate as a Key Opinion Mother (KOM) in Supermom's content creation programme, the following additional terms apply:

• Payment timeline. Payments to your Wallet will be processed within 90 days post-campaign completion. The campaign completion date is determined by the date of the last deliverable as agreed upon in the campaign contract.
• Content rights. By participating as a KOM and submitting content for campaigns, you grant Supermom the right to reuse, repurpose, and distribute your content for marketing and promotional purposes, both online and offline. This includes but is not limited to featuring your content on our website, social media channels, advertisements, and any other marketing materials.
• Campaign-specific terms. Individual KOM campaigns may have additional terms communicated at the point of engagement. In the event of a conflict between campaign-specific terms and these Terms, the campaign-specific terms shall prevail for that campaign.
• Compliance. By continuing to participate as a KOM, you agree to abide by these Terms. Failure to comply may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

9. User-generated content

By posting, uploading, or submitting any content on Supermom's platforms — including reviews, comments, photos, videos, poll responses, and social media posts ("User Content") — you:

• Grant Supermom a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display your User Content across our platforms and in connection with our services, including for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Confirm that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to share such User Content and to grant the above licence.
• Acknowledge that User Content you publish on our platforms may be publicly visible.

Supermom reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

10. Personalised content and recommendations

Supermom uses a recommendation engine and personalisation technology to suggest content, community groups, campaigns, and other offerings based on your profile, preferences, and activity on our platforms.

• Personalised recommendations are provided for your convenience and do not constitute professional advice or an endorsement by Supermom.
• The availability and accuracy of recommendations may vary and are provided on an "as is" basis.
• You may adjust your profile and preferences at any time to influence the recommendations you receive.

11. Email newsletter

You may subscribe to Supermom's email newsletter by providing your email address. By subscribing:

• You consent to receiving marketing and content emails from Supermom.
• You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email or by contacting us.
• Your email will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Newsletter subscription does not require or create a Supermom account.

12. Products and purchases

Supermom may offer products for sale on our platforms, either directly or through third-party stores ("Stores"). Where products are sold, the following terms apply:

• Product listings are provided for informational purposes. While we endeavour to ensure product descriptions, prices, and availability are accurate, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free or up-to-date.
• Prices are subject to applicable taxes unless otherwise stated and may be amended at any time without prior notice.
• Products sold by third-party Stores are sold directly by the Store to you. Supermom facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the sale agreement between you and the Store.
• Product warranties, returns, and liability for defects are governed by the applicable Store's terms and conditions.
• Supermom may collect payment on behalf of a Store. You agree not to hold Supermom liable for any failure, disruption, or error in connection with your chosen payment method.
• If you use a voucher, the applicable voucher terms and conditions will apply.

Supermom is not liable for any loss or damage arising from incorrect shipping information or payment details provided by you.

13. Intellectual property

All materials on Supermom's platforms — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and other content — are owned by or licensed to Supermom and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any materials on our platforms without Supermom's prior written consent, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

14. Third-party links and services

Our platforms may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by Supermom. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites or services. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Supermom's platforms and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• Supermom does not guarantee that our platforms will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Supermom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or damage to digital devices, arising from your use of our platforms or services.
• Supermom's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our platforms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Supermom (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Supermom, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of our platforms, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
