SuperMom collects statistical information through cookies and other technologies, such as web beacons, which allows us to measure the number of site visits, average time spent, page views and other useful statistical information relating to the use of our website, mobile applications or other online services. It is collected for analysis and evaluation in order to help us improve our website and the services and products we provide. This information is generally not seen as personal data, unless it is combined with other data held or controlled by SuperMom that enables us to directly or indirectly identify you.

Cookies allow you to take advantage of some of SuperMom’s coolest services, and we recommend that you leave them turned on. However, SuperMom also collects internet protocol (IP) addresses to help identify problems with our server and for the purposes of system administration. This unique identifier allows us to identify repeated site visitors, help keep track of users’ shopping cart contents and to gather demographic information to better understand the types of consumers that are interested in our site. To the extent that IP addresses or similar identifiers are considered personal data under applicable law, we will treat those identifiers as personal data in accordance with such law.

If you have requested to delete your user account with us, then once deleted all of your account will no longer be accessible and reinstatement of your account will not be possible.
Note that deletion of your personal data may prevent us from being able to fulfil any orders or requests for services or products made by you.
