Method: *300g meat
1) Blanch the meat. Drain the water and set aside.
2) Rinse and put all the herbs into 1.5-2 litres of water. Heat over high flame to a boil.
3) Add the meat. Reduce heat to low fire and simmer for 2 hours. Season and ready for serve.

做法： *300克肉类
1）将肉用热水氽烫洗净备用。
2）洗净所有药材并放入1.5-2公升的清水中，以大火煮滚。
