Can I cancel my order?
Once order is confirmed and payment is made, there will be strictly no cancellation, refunds or change of orders. We do not accept refunds or returns for products which are not broken. Items have to be collected at Singapore Expo, 30 Aug - 1 Sept 2019 from 11am onwards. Please check through the products that you have collected on the spot and notify the Merchant of any defects found on the items collected.
Is there any shipping cost for returns?
There is no shipping costs for returns as all items have to be collected during SuperMom Baby Fair at Singapore Expo, 30 Aug - 1 Sept 2019 from 11am onwards. When you collect the products which you have purchased, please check through them on the spot and notify the Merchant of any defects found on the items collected between 30 Aug - 1 Sept 2019
How Do I Collect My Pre-Ordered Purchases?
All Pre-Order items purchased at welovesupermom.com have to be collected at Asia’s Largest Maternity & Baby Expo from 30 Aug - 1 Sept 2019, 11am onwards at the respective Exhibition booths.

Please note that all Pre-Order and Starbuy Items purchased at Asia’s Largest Maternity & Baby Expo from 30 Aug - 1 Sept 2019 are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
How Do I Know Which Vendor or Booth To Collect My Pre-Ordered Items?
The booth number would be indicated at the end of each product name on welovesupermom.com as well as within your electronic receipt.

For example: If your product name is Tiny Love Rocker Napper - RED (Booth: M07), the booth number is M07
What If I Can’t Collect My Pre-Ordered Items Between 30 Aug - 1 Sept 2019?
If you are not able to collect it in person, please send someone who can do it on your behalf with the necessary receipt print-outs and a copy of your NRIC. Failure to collect your items within the said dates means your items will be forfeited. Uncollected items are not refundable or exchangeable.
How Do I Return My Wrong/Damaged Item That I Pre-Ordered Or Purchased At SuperMom Baby Fair?
Pre-order
As all Pre-Ordered items have to be collected at Asia’s Largest Maternity & Baby Expo from 30 Aug - 1 Sept 2019, please check through the products upon collection at the respective Exhibition booths before leaving the venue.

Starbuy
For all Starbuy products, items would have to be paid for and collected at Asia’s Largest Maternity & Baby Expo from 30 Aug - 1 Sept 2019. Please check through the products after you have made payment at the respective Exhibition booths before leaving the venue.

  • If the product received is fundamentally different in nature from the product specified in the order
  • If you have received a faulty or damaged product
Please note that all Pre-Order and Starbuy Items are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable, therefore, it’s your responsibility to check the products upon collection between 30 Aug - 1 Sept 2019. If any defects are found on purchased products, please inform the Merchant at the respective booths between 30 Aug - 1 Sept 2019.
