What if I can’t collect my pre-ordered items at the Baby Fair?

If you are not able to collect the pre-order items in person, please send someone who can do it on your behalf. Your proxy will need the necessary log in details of your account details to access your order.

Failure to collect your items within the said dates will result in your items being forfeited. Uncollected items are not refundable or exchangeable.
