I have not received my item which was shipping using non-registered/registered mail. What am I supposed to do?

Non-Registered Mail:

Please note that any items shipped with non-registered mail do not have a tracking number and may take up to 14 days to be delivered.

Registered Mails

Items shipping by registered mail will take up to 7 days to be delivered.

Alternatively, you can check with the seller by using the chat function on the seller's store
