How to file a Return/Refund Request?
Please go to DashBoard > All Orders > Search for your order ( Status: Payment Completed/Processing) > Click on Request Refund Button.
After submitting the request, you will receive an email on your request. The seller will review your request. You can track you orders in the Dashboard and also look out for email regarding your Return/Refund Request.
