How should I manage a non-receipt claim for my order?

We strongly encourage you to check with the Seller directly before making a non-receipt claim request.

Please note that you will only be able to make a non-receipt claim within 10 days after your order has indicated as Shipped Order.

To proceed with the non-receipt claim, go to your Dashboard > All Order > Find your order > Click on order details > and click on ‘non-receipt claim button’

Select the reasons according to your case and submit support document for the seller to validate your case (if any). The Seller will contact you directly to settle the dispute.
