How should I manage a non-receipt claim for my order?

Please note that you will only be able to make a non-receipt claim within 10 days after your order has been indicated as ‘Shipped Order’.To proceed with the non-receipt claim, select your Dashboard

a. To proceed with the non-receipt claim, select your Dashboard.

b. Select All Order

c. Select the ‘Request Refund’ button

d. Select the reasons according to your case and submit any necessary supporting documents for the seller to validate your case (if any). The Seller will contact you directly to settle the dispute.
