a. To speak to the merchant, input the merchant’s store on the search bar on SuperMom’s home page.
b. Once on the search results page, select the merchant.
c. On the merchant’s homepage, you will find a speech bubble icon. Please select this.
d. Send your request to the merchant. Please remember to include your order ID as well as a screenshot of your invoice and the email notification.
If the merchant fails to get back to you within the given timeframe of 3 working days, you can contact our customer service agents via our SuperMom chat.
