TIPS TO AVOID FAILED DELIVERIES


Please ensure that you have checked in with the merchant with regards to your order’s delivery arrangements. Do note that different merchants have different delivery arrangements for orders that fall under them.

Do also let the merchants know of your requests and queries as soon as possible upon purchase. This would allow the merchant some time to fulfil your requests.

You may reach out to them directly if you wish to enquire about the following:

  • Estimated shipping date
  • Delivery arrival
  • Your order’s mode of shipping
  • Requests for your delivery

a. To speak to the merchant, input the merchant’s store on the search bar on SuperMom’s home page.

b. Once on the search results page, select the merchant.

c. On the merchant’s homepage, you will find a speech bubble icon. Please select this.

d. Send your request to the merchant. Please remember to include your order ID.

If the merchant fails to get back to you within the given timeframe of 3 working days, you can contact our customer service agents via our SuperMom chat. You may also write in to us via email at [email protected].
