I received a wrong item, what should I do?

You may contact the merchant directly to request them to send the correct items. You may follow these steps to contact the merchant Click Here .

When filing your request, kindly include the following supporting information and documents:

  • Order ID or invoice
  • List down the item that was wrongly received and the item that was not included in the order
  • Photographic evidence based on the issue for your item.
