I ordered multiple items but I only received one. Where are my other items?

Please note that items bought from different merchants are bound to arrive separately. Kindly get in touch with the merchant if you wish to know more about the delivery arrangements that have been set for your orders. Please note that different merchants have different delivery arrangements for orders that fall under them

a. To speak to the merchant, input the merchant’s store on the search bar on SuperMom’s home page.

b. Once on the search results page, select the merchant.

c. On the merchant’s homepage, you will find a speech bubble icon. Please select this.

d. Send your request to the merchant. Please remember to include your order ID.

If the merchant fails to get back to you within the given timeframe of 3 working days, you can contact our customer service agents via our SuperMom chat. You may also write in to us via email at [email protected].
