How do I chat with a seller?


a. Go to our main page www.welovesupermom.com. Input the merchant’s store on the search bar on SuperMom’s home page.

b. Once on the search results page, select the merchant.


Note: If you are unable to find the seller that you are looking for, try to search brands under the seller instead.

c. On the merchant’s homepage, you will find a speech bubble icon. Click on “CHAT NOW” and a chat dialog will appear.


You can also chat with sellers on the product page via the speech bubble icon located at the bottom left hand corner of your phone.

If the merchant fails to get back to you within the given timeframe of 3 working days, you can contact our customer service agents via our SuperMom chat. You may also write in to us via email at [email protected].
