How can I change the delivery details for my existing order?


You will need to contact SuperMom Customer Service Agents to change the delivery details for your existing order.

Note: Delivery address can only be changed if the status of the order is “Payment Completed”

a. Click on the Speech Bubble icon at the bottom right corner of the main page.

b. Make a request to our Customer Service Agents to change the delivery details for your existing order. Please be reminded to provide your order id and the new delivery address.
