Programs Offered:

•Playgroup (18 to 30 months): This program focuses on developing independence and social awareness. Children explore their environment through hands-on experiences, express themselves through drawing and verbal communication, and build preliminary pre-literacy skills through songs, music, and movement. Gross and fine motor skills are enhanced through outdoor play and structured activities.

•Nursery 1 (30 months to 3 years): As children grow, the curriculum introduces the Letterland Phonics program to recognize alphabet sounds and the Growing With Mathematics curriculum to develop basic mathematical concepts. Self-expression is encouraged through drawing and preliminary writing, fostering greater independence in self-help and social skills. Children engage in more complex verbal communication and sharing experiences.

•Nursery 2 (3 to 4 years): Building on previous foundations, this program introduces more advanced language, literacy, and numeracy experiences. Inquiry-based learning and hands-on projects are emphasized, along with basic pre-literacy skills aligned with the Ministry of Education’s Kindergarten Curriculum Framework. Children begin blending and reading simple words and grasp concepts of addition and subtraction.

•Kindergarten 1 (4 to 5 years): This stage reinforces language, literacy, numeracy, and Chinese learning. Academic knowledge is integrated with social independence, and writing skills are developed using the Letterland Early Years Handwriting program. Children are introduced to place values and vertical addition/subtraction, engage in hands-on science experiments, and participate in community engagement and peer interaction activities.

•Kindergarten 2 (5 to 6 years): In the final year, the program aligns closely with the Ministry of Education’s Curriculum Framework for Kindergartens. Children are introduced to primary school concepts like spelling, cloze passages, and logical sequencing. Exercises in grammar, vocabulary, and mathematics are intensified, with advanced numeracy skills including place values up to 100 and basic operations. The program facilitates a smooth transition to primary school through visits and exposure to the Primary 1 curriculum.
