About I Love Learning Achievement Center

I Love Learning Achievement Center (ILLAC) is a distinguished academic tuition center in Singapore, dedicated to fostering a genuine love for learning among children aged 2 to 16. Founded by Clarice Lim, an MPhil graduate and four-time Gold Medal Award recipient from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), ILLAC integrates pedagogical excellence with psychological insights to create a nurturing and effective learning environment.

Programs Offered:

•ILLAC Junior Programme (Ages 2-6): This program focuses on developing key executive functions such as working memory, mental flexibility, and inhibitory control. Based on research from Harvard University, it aims to equip young learners with foundational skills that contribute to long-term academic success.

•ILLAC Programme (Ages 7-16): Designed for primary and secondary students, this comprehensive program covers core subjects including English, Mathematics, and Science. It incorporates brain-priming activities to enhance learning abilities, ensuring students not only grasp academic concepts but also develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Teaching Approach:

ILLAC employs a unique blend of traditional teaching methods and innovative brain-priming activities. By maintaining a low teacher-to-student ratio, the center ensures personalized attention, catering to the individual learning needs of each student. This approach has led to notable improvements in students’ academic performance, with many achieving scores of 85% and above in their school assessments.
