𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (est. 200ml x 13 bowls):
500g Cold Beancurd Mix
2.6litres Water

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀:
1. Boil 2.6litres of water in a pot and turn off the heat once boiled
2. Pour in 500g Cold Beancurd Mix and stir well till fully dissolved
3. Remove foam and bubbles on the top layer
4. Pour mixture into bowls, leave to cool, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours for the best texture
**Note: We halved the recipe in the video. It is recommended to consume the cold beancurd within 2 days from placing them in the fridge.
