Directions for Use
Pour one (1) sachet of Cold-Pressed Ginger with Red Dates into 150-200ml of warm water. Stir well until granules dissolve and serve warm.

Why is this tea more expensive than the others?
Bentong ginger is a ubiquitous sight in farms that sprawl all over the mountainous region of Pahang in Malaysia, which is more commonly known as Genting Highlands.

Thanks to the pristine fresh air and fertile soil that the temperate area is blessed with, Bentong ginger is well-endowed with nutrients like gingerol, which has medicinal benefits that help to alleviate digestive problems and nausea and respiratory conditions. Gingerol is also responsible for ginger's spicy sensation and woody aroma.

These tea sachets were also extracted using the cold-pressing method. Cold-pressing takes longer and produces less juice, but the juice created is richer in nutritional content. Heat can destroy certain enzymes and nutrients but we want to maintain the highest health value in our beverage. The common methods of ginger tea production involves crushing and blending the ginger into powder, so fibres may be found in the teas which affects the tea texture. We have employed the best extraction method possible for our ginger tea.

Is this safe for pregnancy?
Yes, ginger beverages are safe and encouraged for women during pregnancy and confinement to warm up the body, relieve colds and ‘wind’, reduce nausea, and induce appetite.
