This delicious yam cake is filled with bite sizes of yam, mushroom, chicken sausage and dried shrimps. 

Refrigerate it & slice/fry later. If you’ve refrigerated yam cakes that you’ve already fried, the best way to reheat them is in a pan. When reheat, heat the pan over medium heat and add a tbsp of oil. Place the cakes in the pan, add tbsp of water & cover. Once water evaporated, flip and brown.
