Curry Vegetable Method: (4-6 pax)
1. Pour in 1 packet of curry paste mix into a pot and stir fry for 1 minute.
2. Pour in 600ml of water. 
3. Add in about 800g of vegetables (eg. long bean, cabbage, brinja, & fried tofu puff) into gravy and simmer till cooked.
4. Add in tomato and 250ml of coconut milk into gravy. 
5. Cook till boiled to serve.

Asam Seafood Method: (4-6 pax)
1. Pour in 1 packet of curry paste mix into a wok and stir fry for 1 minute.
2. Add in 1kg of seafood (eg. prawn, fish or cuttlefish) and stir fry.
3. Once seafood is cooked, add in 50ml of asam water and serve.
