Curry Fish Head Method: (4-6 pax)
1. Steam fish head separately before cooking.
2. Pour 1 packet of curry mix into wok and stir fry with onion, tomato, lady finger and chilli pedi for about 1 minute.
3. Add in 500ml of water and stir thoroughly to boil. 
4. When gravy is boiled, add in fish head or cuttlefish.
5. When they are about cooked, add in 250ml coconut milk or tamarind juice and simmer till cooked.
