Cases that are not accepted: 
1) Parcel is not dented but one the packets is crushed. 
Reason: We checked every packet of Nutella Biscuits before pack and hand over to logistic partner. Though parcel is not dented, our logistic partner might toss or place the parcel roughly. This way, the Nutella Biscuits will still be crushed even if we wrapped with bubble wrap and taped it with fragile tape. We apologies that we cannot control the way logistic handle the parcel
2) One of Packs is crushed, it will cause embarrassment if my friends also receive crushed biscuit.
Reason: We apologies that we cannot control the way logistic handle. We can reassured that before packed and hand over logistic, we will do a check on the conditions of biscuits. It is advisable not to buy as gift if it cause embarrassment as conditions of biscuits received each time might differ on each delivery.
