The way to do a froth test is to put 30 ml of honey samples in a bottle or a small glass. Shake the sample for 10-15 times, then silent for five minutes.
After that observe whether there is a froth or not. If there is a scum that is small in shape and long disappearance, then honey is considered genuine.

Next there's a soluble test. The way is to dissolve a 30 ml honey sample into a cold water fill glass with an height from the mouth of a glass of 5-10 centimeters.
