After thawing, regenerate in 1 of the following ways:
Dip sealed bag in a pot boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes (Vacuum bag BPA-free)
Heat up in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes
Heat up in a pot over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
