Instructions for use: To mix 1 glass of 237 ml, put 200 ml of cooled cooked water in a glass. Slowly put in a glass of 5 horizontal scoops (spoons available in the box) equivalent to 52.1g of Glucerna powder, while stirring until the powder is dissolved.
* Storage Instructions: Opened cans must be sealed, kept in a cool dry place but NOT in the refrigerator. Once opened, use up to 3 weeks. Mixed Glucerna should be used immediately or sealed, refrigerated and used within 24 hours.
* Important Note: Glucerna is used to supplement nutrition for diabetics and pre-diabetes patients. Use under medical supervision. Do not use in children under 13 years of age unless directed by a doctor or medical professional.

* Feeding through catheter: As directed by your doctor/nutritioner. When starting to feed through a catheter, flow, volume and dilution must be adjusted depending on the condition and tolerance of the patient.
