Nursing Herbal Soup 

Effects功效:
Promotes milk supply, reduces engorgement discomfort and reduces rick of breast related inflammation.
疏通乳腺，增加与延长产妇乳汁分泌，可减缓乳房胀痛， 预防乳腺炎症。

Cooking suggestions:
- Prepare meat by rinsing & blanching using hot water
- Put all herbs into filter 1 litre boiling water
- Add Red Dates or Wolfberry 红枣/ 枸枸子to enhance the taste (optional)
- Bring it to boil & Simmer (slow fire) for 1 – 1.5 hours.
- Add salt/ wine (optional). For non-vegetarian, add pig trotter to the soup.  

Recommended: 2-3 times per week.
