Q. Is there a reason why each serum has a different container?  
A. The 10 kinds of number serums use containers optimized for each formula.
Please check below for each serum.
- No.1, No.3, and No.6 serum: Glass container with a dropper 
- No.2, No.4 and No.5 serum: Glass container with a pump
- No.7/8/9 serum: Airless container with a pump

Q. The No.7/8/9 serums are lighter than other serums, but do they contain less contents? 
A. No.7/8/9 serums use airless container to facilitate the discharge due to the high viscosity. 
Airless container is difficult to be made of glass, so it is made of plastic, hence that is why it is lighter than others. 
Also, it is thinner than glass container, so it contains more contents than it looks. 
Every serum is equally 50ml, and it’s normal that the contents in plastic bottle look fuller than those in glass container.  

Q. I can see empty space between the contents of No.7/8/9 serums, do I get the right amounts? 
A. No.7/8/9 serums have high viscosity of contents which can create an empty space between the contents when filling up. Due to the characteristics of the airless container and the viscosity of the contents, you can see empty space, but it is a normal product fully filled with 50ml.
