The long-selling Nissin Yakisoba U.F.O. was launched in 1976.
The new product was named Nissin Yakisoba U.F.O.. Thick! Big! The U.F.O. concept remains unchanged, with its firm, chewy, medium-thick noodles and the addictive, thick sauce.
The noodles have a roasted aroma and feature a rich sauce that allows you to enjoy the flavor, acidity, and spice of the sauce and pork.
The richness of the sauce is enhanced by the use of stir-fried pork with large slices of cabbage as an ingredient. It comes with an optional sprinkling of green and red ginger.

Directions for use
