Buuz is a national dish of Mongolia and it is traditionally eaten by Mongolians as a staple. It is twice the size of the regular Chinese Xiao Long Bao and it is filled with beef and onions, along with other spices.

Freeze up to one week for aesthetic and two weeks for freshness and taste.

Steam for 15-20 minutes under medium heat and oil or line the base of steamer pot with cheese cloth or dumpling cloth. Ensure that the base of dumpling is hot (as a guide)
