Mitolo was established in 1999 by Frank Mitolo whose vision is to create wines of individuality, integrity and utmost
quality. Underpinned by its motto “strong yet gentle”, Mitolo’s wines seek to reflect a uniquely Australian style of being powerful yet elegant. In 2000, the first Mitolo Wine called G.A.M. was launched.

With acclaimed winemaker Ben Glaetzer’s winemaking skills, Mitolo has since achieved outstanding reviews from globally famous wine critics and a market demand outstripping supply.

TASTING NOTE:
This wine is opaque red with purple hues. The nose is aromatic and lifted, a bright and lively bouquet of raspberry and cut plums with a dusting of cinnamon spice. The palate tastes of masses of black fruits, notes of dried spice, anise and cloves.

SERVING SUGGESTION:
Ideal with baked Veal and Sage meatballs with soft Polenta. Best served at 14 to 18°C.
