A unique Asian twist to the classic favorite Mac & Cheese. Our Salted Egg Yolk Mac & Cheese is made with cooked pasta, cream, salmon, mozarella, egg yolk, butter, olive oil, cheddar cheese, curry leaves, dry chilli, seasoning and topped with some salt and black pepper.

🍳 METHOD OF COOKING🍳:
From frozen (No defrosting needed)
Option 1: Boil (Sous-Vide) - Bring water to boiling point. Submerge pack. Set timer for 10-13 minutes and close lid.
Option 2: Microwave - Cut a 1 cm opening. Place pack upright in a bowl & microwave for 2-3 minutes.
Option 3: Chef Mode - Defrost and cook according to your preference and recipe!

- We ship every Tuesday (7.30PM to 10.00PM) and Thursday (8.30AM to 11.00AM). PLEASE INDICATE CHOSEN DELIVERY SLOT. If no slot is chosen, we will send out the meals in the next delivery slot available. Orders placed after 5pm will be delivered the following delivery slot. 
- Please make sure someone is at home to receive the orders in person as these are frozen food items and we cannot leave the food outside your door.
