How to cook 
1.Add a pack of 25g, and if seaweed swells after 30 minutes, wash several times in clean water and cook.
2.Add the perilla oil, garlic, a little soy sauce, and the beef drained of the blood and stir-fry it.
3. Add  swelled up seaweed and stir-fry together, then add water (about 2L ) and boil to finish. 
(You can season it with salt, shrimp sauce, or fish sauce. )
