Flavours:
1. Yuzu Sparkling Juice – is made from freshly squeezed yuzu juice from hand-picked fruits from Shikoku
Island, Hyogo mountain water and some organic sugar cane for a hint of sweetness. Used for centuries in Japan, yuzu is a distinctly sour and aromatic citrus fruit. The taste is best described as a blend between a lime and a grapefruit.

2. Ume Sparkling Juice – comes from the deciduous eastern Asian tree that bears the ume, related to the
plum and apricot with fragrant white, pink, or red blossoms in winter. It is made with hand-picked and whole pressed ume plums, Hyogo mountain water and organic sugar cane.

3. Ringo Sparkling Juice – Fuji Ringo apples are hand-picked in the Aomori Region beyond the Northern
Hakkoda mountains and whole-pressed with Hyogo mountain water.

4. Mikan Sparkling Juice – Mikan mandarins are hand-picked in the Ehime prefecture on Shikoku Island,
and pressed with Hyogo mountain water and organic sugar cane.
