Kim Tee has been making Bak Kwa for nearly 50 years now. Started by our grandfather in the 1970s, he first made and sold Bak Kwa out of his Adam Rd Kampung before officially setting up shop at Serangoon Gardens – where we are still here today! 

•	All our Bak Kwa remains 100% handmade (NOT factory produced/packed).
•	While others may have switched to electrical means of cooking for efficiency, we maintain the use of charcoal ovens and stoves to cook and grill our Bak Kwa from start to end to preserve the traditional smoky sweet flavours.
•	We do not use any meat tenderisers nor added fats in our Bak Kwa, instead relying on the right cut of meat and cooking techniques to give our Bak Kwa its tender texture.
•	We do not use any preservatives either.

•	Chilli Bak Kwa
For those who can take their spices, our Chilli Bak Kwa will not disappoint! Made using our Signature recipe but with a spicy twist, the Chilli is marinated and grilled with fresh chilli padis (and NOT chilli seasoning/powder/oil/mix) to pack a punch and leave a lingering “shiok” numbing sensation in your tastebuds that lovers of chilli padis will find addictive.

STORAGE: As our Bak Kwa has NO preservatives, it is best to consume them within 5 days for freshness and best taste; it can be kept for up to 2 weeks in the chiller. Store in a dry air-tight container away from heat/sunlight and moisture. For Bak Kwa stored in chiller, re-heat before serving for best taste (re-heat instructions can be found on the back of the Bak Kwa pack).

DELIVERY: We will try our best to process and deliver your Shopee order within 5 working days. We will confirm the delivery date with you via Shopee Chat. Our Bak Kwa is not pre-packed and will only be freshly packed upon order on the day of delivery. Thus, we use our own delivery fleet to ensure that you receive your Bak Kwa on the same day as it is packed.
