Shipping Terms & Conditions
- Delivery is available from Monday to Friday. There will be no delivery on weekends and public holidays. 
- Orders will be delivered by 3PL roughly 2-3 working days after orders have been placed, between 10am-2pm or 3pm-7pm.
- Please be at home to collect your products. Should you be unavailable to collect, our friendly 3PL delivery agents will contact you to arrange for your products to be placed outside your house. Please keep the products in the freezer upon receiving them. 
- Due to the perishable nature of the products, refunds/returns are strictly not allowed after delivery/collection.
