👨‍🍳 Freshly Prepared via Cook-Chill Method:
Food is freshly prepared upon each order using authentic, traditional cooking method and blast chilled to 1 to 3 centigrade and vacuum-sealed to retain the flavours, quality and texture. 

🍽️ Fix Your Meal in Minutes:
1. BPA free and food safe vacuum-sealed cooking bags (able to be reheated to 120°C) are used to deliciously cook and chill your food as gently as possible for maximum flavours and juiciness. 
2. Submerge the food packs completely into the boiling water (100°C) for up to 15 minutes (refer to detailed heating instructions on packaging). 
3. Cut open the food packs, serve on a dish and enjoy! 

🚚 Delivery Information:
- 2 days advance notice is required for delivery (e.g order on Monday and item will be delivered earliest on Wednesday). Please note that there will be NO delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays. 
- Please select your delivery time slot (choose from 10am to 2pm OR 3pm to 7pm) upon checkout. If no time slot is indicated, we will proceed to deliver based on the earliest available delivery date and time slot. 

🛍️ Self-Collection Information: 
- 2 days advance notice is required for self-collection (e.g order on Monday and item will be available for self-collection earliest on Wednesday). Please note that there will be NO self-collection on Sundays and Public Holidays. 
- Collection is available from Mondays to Saturdays between 11am to 6pm. Please note that collection is not available on Sundays and Public Holidays.
