Our Australian wild abalones lived on reefs on the seabed off the Western Australian southern coastline where the two oceans, the southern and Indian oceans meet; a place where wild abalones thrive. Abalones feed on drifting algae and seaweed to survive in the wild. So with the rich minerals and algae brought on by the meeting of the 2 oceans, these wild abalones are prized for its more tender texture and stronger taste. Eat it on its own or add them into your dishes or in porridge for that light refreshing sweetness of the taste of true wild Australian abalones. 

4-10pcs offering of wild abalones in brine. Ideal for gathering over reunion dinner or steamboat. Each whole pc of abalone to signify an ingot.
