• How to wash your bag?

Do not machine wash the bag, due to special materials applied within the bag's structure, any harsh machine wash would distort the shape of the bag. In any case for a deep wash required, please ensure handwashing fast and lightly and also ensure the bag air dry thoroughly before storage or next use. Place the bag indoor or outdoor to air dry thoroughly, remember you MUST NOT place the bag directly under the sun, as the strong ultraviolet will fade off the material’s exterior color and coating.


• How to remove dirt on interior and exterior bag? 

We recommend you use warm diluted cleaning solution/detergent with a soft brush or used toothbrush to remove any stubborn dirt on the bag's exterior. For all general cleaning, you may use a damp cloth to clean dirt/dust on both interior and exterior of the bag.
