**Exchange Policy For Apparel** 
- We will honour exchanges for size and colour only, within 15 days of purchase. One-time exchange, and no refunds are allowed.
- Please send back the item in good condition and with packaging intact. Item needs to be unused, not washed, and with their tags in place.

* How:
- First, please email us at cs.hushpuppiesusa@redinagroup.com with a picture of your item and the included invoice slip (physical copy). Also, please let us know which size you'd like to change to, and your preferred method for exchange.

Method 1: 
- Send us your item via SingPost to our office address (17 Bukit Batok Street 22, Singapore 659587) at your cost. Please also include the invoice slip that came with your package.
- We will send back your exchanged item via SingPost (7-10 days; we will not be able to use other courier services) at our cost.

Method 2:
- You may exchange your item at one of our retail stores. Please include in your email to us which retail store you’d like to do the exchange. Give us 3 days to get the exchanged item to the store of your choice.
