No animal products are used in our herbal soup packs.
Preparation:
Rinse and wash the herbs, add in black chicken or pork trotters or lean meat (you may choose corn/mushroom/white radish for meatless alternative) and bring to a boil. After boiling for 10-15minutes switch to medium fire and simmer for 45minutes to an hour, otherwise you may transfer the soup to a slow cooker and simmer for 2-3hours. 

Our soup packs are filled and packed full of ingredients and always freshly packed. Once your order is received we will then proceed to pack the herbs. 
Each soup pack serves a family size of 4-5 pax.
