The nose shows complex savoury and spicy flavours of tea, marinated spicy beef, but the primary focus remains on its elegant blackberry fruit. The palate is rich with savoury, yet subtle spice characters, balanced with dark berries, dried plums and complex oak flavours, with tight tannins leading to a soft back palate, and a very pleasing long finish.
