Durian prices will be expected to fluctuate depending on the quality of crop and supply during a specific week/month. Prices are subjected to promotional changes. To ensure Quality Durians, we may re-schedule your delivery to a later date in certain events.

✦ TERMS & CONDITIONS ✦
1. Delivery will be according to the time slot schedule. Please kindly understand that seller will not be able to determine a specific time your durians will reach you. 
2. Should there be any defects with goods, buyer should take picture of the goods and send to us via Shopee chat to inform within 24 hours upon receiving. After 24 hours, seller will not be responsible. 
3. In ay situation, goods are damaged, please take photos and inform seller immediately. Seller will offer a replacement. If durians have been fully consumed or thrown away, we will not accept any exchanges and seller will not be responsible. 
4. When receiving durian on the same day, please check if there is any problem. It is recommended to eat on the same day. Seller will not be responsible if durians are consumed after a day.
5. We will contact you directly if we are unable to delivery your durian or have to change the date of delivery.
6. Be home for your delivery. Due to the perishable nature of goods, refunds are strictly not accepted if you are not home to recieve your goods.
7. Due to the perishable nature of goods, once accepted upon reciept, we will strictly not accept any return or refund requests.
8. Please kindly check delivery address and your order before you order and pay, upon confirmation address cannot change address anymore and cannot be refund. 
9. We aim to provide you with 100% the PREMIUM QUALITY, D24, XXoD24,D13,RedPrawn,SultanKing (all big seed)
Golden Phoenix, MSW, Black Gold, Tsw (Small seed but not 100% will small seed, small seed(80%)and big 
small(20%). In some occasions, flesh may not wrap the seed fully.
