Uses: Ensure Gold milk provides adequate and balanced nutrition, vitamins and minerals to help restore and promote health.

Ingredients ENSURE GOLD Milk:
O	Hmb (β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate) and high quality protein, support building and developing muscle mass
O	28 essential vitamins and minerals for a healthy body. Rich in Calcium, Phosphorus and Vitamin D for strong bones
O	Fos fiber nourishes beneficial microorganisms and keeps the digestive system healthy
O	Antioxidants - chemicals (beta carotene, vitamins C, E, zinc and selenium) help protect the body

How to mix 1 standard glass of Ensure Gold milk 230 ml: 6 tablespoons of powder (equivalent to 60.6 g) mixed in 185 ml of water.

Directions FOR USE: To mix 230 ml, put 185 ml of cold cooked water in a glass, slowly add 6 scoops (spoons available in the box, each spoon is equivalent to 10.1 g) or 60.6 g Ensure milk powder has just stirred until the powder is dissolved.
When mixed according to the instructions, 1ml of Ensure Gold milk provides about 1.14 kcal. Box of 850g powder can mix about 14-15 cups, each 230 ml.
Supply OF DIET; 2 cups/day or as directed by a nutritionist.
