Dear customers, we have received feedback that our Energise Tonic is not filled to the brim, appears yellow, old, or used. Please be assured that we will never shortchange our customers in terms of product quantity and quality, as we pride ourselves on providing the best for our customers. 
1) Tonic Bottles not filled to brim:
With regards to the issue that some Energise Tonic bottles are not filled to the brim, we have temporarily changed to a new bottle due to a shortage in supply of our old bottle. This new bottle is slightly wider than our old bottle, and its capacity is larger than 100ml. As such, the new bottle will not be filled to the brim, even though it contains 100ml of Tonic. Please see the picture below as a reference. The bottle on the right is the new bottle, which has a capacity larger than 100ml, and thus appears to be less than full as compared to our old bottle, which is the bottle on the left.

2) Tonic appears yellowish or used:
Please note that as we use natural ingredients in our product, the colour of these ingredients vary for different batches, sometimes due to the extraction process of the ingredients. We test each batch of products for its efficacy and effectiveness, and most importantly to ensure that it is safe for our customers to use. We only use ingredients of the best quality to manufacture our products, and will never compromise on providing the best products to our customers.
We have also received feedback from our customers that this gives them the impression that the product has already been used, and that having a seal would provide greater assurance that the product is unused. We are currently sourcing for equipment to seal our products, and provide an update here when we have done so. We seek your kind understanding and patience while we work to improve our products.

DESCRIPTION: This Tonic is formulated with eucalyptus oil and Vitamin E to nourish and activate cells for hair regeneration. It is enhanced with menthol which has potent antioxidant properties to promote circulation and reduce excessive hair fall. 

DIRECTIONS: For best result, use daily. Shampoo and towel dry the hair > Apply tonic directly on scalp from front to back > Repeat at half inch intervals to cover the entire scalp > Do not rinse off. 

WARNING: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If accidental contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Store away from direct sunlight.
