With a pale yellow colour, slight silver reflections, clean and bright the Sauvignon Blanc 2015 presents itself in nose quite intense, fresh tropical fruits, pineapple and melon with some herbal notes. In mouth it shows medium-high acidity leaving a rich and fruity sensation which reminds us to apples and pears with a medium intensity finish.
