As the fruity and refreshing twist on the year-round Southwest Sour, I pour a beautiful rose gold hue with flavours of real watermelon and raspberries. I'm a modern style for modern palates – my brew was partially fermented with an acidifying bacteria before undergoing secondary fermentation with ale yeast. The addition of locally-grown fruits helped to strike the delicate balance between sweet and sessionable, giving me the pleasure of satisfying thirsts and being delicious, all at the same time.
