For Dragon Brand products, the concentration for each series range is different. For bird 's nest beverage series, we are using fine birds nest bits coupled with the different syrups, to come up with five varients of birds nest beverages.

All products are manufactured based on demand. You can expect a shelf life of at least 1.5years from your order date. 

Please take note: Orders will be packed and shipment will be requested within 2 working days by our warehouse team. Our operating hours are from Mondays to Fridays, 9.15 am - 6 pm and we are closed every weekend and public holidays. 

Uparcel will be picking up the items and deliver it base on their delivery schedule. Please notify us if you have not received your items after 5 working days and we will contact Uparcel on the delivery status. Thank you.

Return/Refund
We seek for your kind understanding that should you have a change of mind after the order has been confirmed, returns/refunds will not be accepted. You may still be able to cancel if we have not confirmed your order. 

You may request for a return and refund of your order for one or more of the following reasons:
-	Incorrect product delivered (e.g., product delivered is not what you ordered).
-	Incomplete quantity received (e.g., ordered 2 sets but received 1).
-	Item received is broken/damaged.

Please chat us with the images for delivery issues and we will refer them to our logistics partners. We will respond to you as soon as we receive a resolution from our logistics partners.
