Items will be delivered based on the delivery date option selected, we will not be able to follow any other delivery date not in the options provided or any date specified in message field (if any). One order ID is strictly for delivery on One delivery date. For multiple deliveries on different dates, please kindly check out separately.  

•	Please specify your delivery address correctly upon check out and strictly NO change of delivery address. Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified during check out. We will not be able to follow other address specified in the message field (if any). No multiple delivery addresses accepted for one order ID. For multiple deliveries to different addresses, please kindly check out separately. 

•	Home Delivery is available Monday – Sunday, however there are blackout dates for items under promotion / Flash Sales. 

•	Delivery time slot is 11am-5pm. We are unable to accommodate any specific timing request. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery route for the day. However, due to traffic or weather condition, there might be delay. If you need the items for an event or specific timing, it is advisable for the items to be delivered one day before the event date and please keep them refrigerated.  

•	Please kindly have somebody at home to receive the items. Our friendly delivery partners will try to contact you to arrange for items to be placed outside of your home. However, we will not be responsible in case of any missing or damage to the items left unattended. 

•	Strictly No redelivery in the event of unsuccessful delivery attempt due to various reasons. E.g. there is no access to the unit and no one at home or picking up the calls. 

•	Strictly No delivery to Hotel or Chalets.

•	FREE delivery promotion for orders above $40 is also valid for 1 delivery address and 1 delivery date only. 

•	For cancellation of orders please contact us latest 2 days before Delivery Date. We are unable to refund in case of cancellation less than 2 days before delivery date.

Over 40 Flavours to choose from, and the main ingredient remains using the Top Quality imported Almond Flour, and this little gem will melt in your mouth and give you the little heavenly sensation.
